With the escalation in number of COVID-19 incidents in the past few weeks, it is our priority to focus on the safety and wellness of our employees, customers and partners. It is clear that COVID-19 does not discriminate, affecting individuals, families, and companies from all walks of life.

At Healthtek, we are taking all precautions recommended by the CDC to protect our employees while continuing to meet the needs of our customers. Whenever feasible, our employees are working remotely, but our document and data-processing teams continue to work at our facilities in Bristol, PA and Las Vegas, NV while maintaining social distancing requirements.

Our employees have shown their commitment to our customers by ensuring uninterrupted service in the areas of revenue cycle management, lockbox operations, and contact center management, all of which are considered essential services in the healthcare industry. With each new day comes the challenge of navigating the COVID-19 waters by altering the way we have done business for the past 20 years. We have learned new methods, developed new processes and rearranged daily routines in order to safely support our customers.
